Built in 2018, Maka Hotel Boutique opened its doors as one of the first boutique hotels in downtown Tulum with only 14 rooms. Today it has become one of Tulum’s most central and well-connected hotels, not only for its proximity to supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants but also for being one of the first to open with parties at the iconic rooftop bar.

We have always believed that there is magic that transcends reality. Hence our motto is “between reality and the imaginary”. We created Maka Hotel Boutique to escape from routine, connect with oneself and feel at one with nature.
