FREQUENT QUESTIONS


We are an adult-only boutique hotel in the center of Tulum, Quintana Roo, a 12-minute drive from the beach and a 7-minute walk from the Tulum Ruins

Check in starts at 3pm and check out ends at 12pm. In the event of a late check-out, there will be a surcharge of USD 15 per person in the room.

The area in which the hotel is located is a safe area. However, please remember that you are in Mexico, and we always ask you to take all possible precautions when going out on the street.

We are not a pet-friendly hotel.

We are an adult-only hotel, so our minimum age is 18 years old.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or hallways, and external food from other restaurants besides Maka Hotel Boutique or Naná Rooftop Bar is not permitted. Parties and the use of loudspeakers in the rooms are not allowed, nor is noise after 1am.

We are open daily from 8am to 5pm, although you can order our breakfast daily from 8am to 1pm and our snack menu from 12pm to 5pm.

Unfortunately, at present, we do not have a shuttle service. However, you can reach Maka Hotel Boutique by car rental, ADO, or taxi, which you can book before your arrival in Mexico.

We have 6 parking spaces available at the back of the hotel. Subject to availability and capacity at the time of guest arriv

You can get to our hotel via the ADO service, which you can take from Cancun airport, rent a car, or even by taxi.

We have a swimming pool on the ground floor, a snack bar next to the pool, a coworking area on the first floor, our Asian fusion rooftop restaurant (Naná Rooftop Bar) on the first floor, and kitchen service every day from 8.30 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

Unfortunately, we do not have this service available at present. However, our concierges will be happy to direct you to the nearest rental locations.

You can pay with cash and bank cards (credit or debit).

We recommend paying for open accounts at the time, as the option to add meals to room accounts is not available.

The system charges for the stay upon arrival of the guests at the hotel. However, the amount is withheld at the time of booking.

As a matter of company policy, we do not issue refunds less than 10 days prior to the booking.
